About Packing
We will send it by wrapping it tightly with a cushioning material in order to avoid damage.
Please be assured that we will replace it if it was damaged due to an accident during transportation.

After confirming payment (for bank transfer and postal transfer), we will ship as soon as it is ready.

It is recommended for those who have a Japan Post Bank transfer account or general account because the fee is low and payment can be confirmed quickly.

Then, we will ship the item as soon as it is ready.

(4) In the case of cash on delivery

A cash on delivery fee will be charged separately.
Please pay the price to the person of delivery when you receive the item.
At our shop, we use cash on delivery by Kuroneko Yamato for regular products as a cash on delivery company.
Please note that the cash on delivery company may change depending on the product.

About Returns and Exchanges
In the unlikely event that a defective product or a different product arrives,
we will replace or repair it with free shipping.
Please contact us via email within 7 days after the product arrives with your "name",
"product", and "details of the replacement/ repair". We apologise for your inconvenience.
* We will bear the shipping cost for delivering replacement/ repaired products.
● Products that cannot be returned or exchanged
・ Products that have already been delivered for more than 8 days
・ Products that customers have used
・ Products that have been stained or damaged by the customer
Request for returns or exchanges due to customer's preferences.
Please return to us within 7 days of the arrival of the product if the product is not defective and still wish to return it.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
In either case, we will get back to you with information on the return method and procedure.
