Product Delivery Time

We usually ship within 1 to 3 weeks after receiving your payment. However, it may be delayed if it is out of stock or during a busy period.
The delivery method will be delivery processing (Yamato Transport).
It is also possible to hand over the product directly at store, so in that case please contact us via email or phone.

Handling of Defective Products

In the unlikely event that a defective product or a different product arrives, we will replace or repair it with free shipping.
Please contact us via email within 7 days after the product arrives with your "name", "product", and "details of the replacement / repair". We apologise for your inconvenience.
* If the item cannot be exchanged due to inventory reasons (limited items, etc.), a refund will be given.
Even after 8 days or more since the arrival of product, we will replace or repair it free of charge at the customer's expense within half a year from the date of the warranty.
We will bear the shipping cost for delivering replacement / repaired products.

About Returns

For returning products due to customers will, such as it being different from what you have imagined, please be sure to inform us of your "name", "product", and "reason for return" via email within 7 days after the product arrives .Customers are responsible for the shipping fee when returning the product.
However, we cannot accept returns if any of the following situations apply.
